Our verdict in brief

ArtZMiami appears to be a real retailer with a distinctive range of conversation-piece decor, and most published reviews are positive about the products and customer service. Weigh the legitimacy evidence yourself, though: an automated checker, Scam Detector, rates the site questionable, and the owner hides their identity on the domain record. Buyers also report items shipped from China despite the Miami branding, deliveries taking over a month, fragile or damaged pieces and prices that feel high for the quality. It suits buyers who want a playful statement piece and can wait for it; check delivery estimates and the return terms before ordering anything expensive.

How we researched this review

Simple Life Reviews did not order from ArtZMiami. We read a review by Discount Art Supplies, customer reviews collected on RatingFacts, safety checks from ScamAdviser and Scam Detector, and store summaries on two coupon sites, Tenere Team and Dealki, and we checked prices on the ArtZMiami homepage on the day we published.

Two cautions. The Discount Art Supplies author says they are on ArtZMiami's affiliate program. And the coupon sites' policy blocks look partly templated: Tenere Team's lists in-store pickup and clothing price ranges that do not fit a decor store. We use those pages only where they agree with other sources.

What is ArtZMiami?

ArtZMiami presents itself as a decor and art brand from Miami. Discount Art Supplies reports that it works with over 200 artists and has a catalog of more than 500 products, from stainless steel sculptures shaped like handbags to martini-glass wall art and oversized script sculptures.

Despite the name, it is not an art supplies shop. Its homepage organizes the range into stainless steel art, moss art, graffiti art, sculptures, wall panels, wall art, lighting, furniture, bath, faucets, kitchen and bar, storage and seasonal decor, plus a gift guide. Many products carry its own ArtZ label, while a premium OSO line covers large stainless steel pieces.

ArtZMiami prices and products

These prices come from ArtZMiami's product pages today. None of the pages we checked list a warranty or a trial period, so we have left those out of the table; the return terms reported by third parties are covered below.

The range is wide. Smaller ArtZ sculptures and paintings start in the low hundreds, sets of sculptures run into several hundred, and the OSO stainless steel line reaches gallery-level prices, with a falcon sculpture listed from $25,000 on the same homepage. Discount codes appear on coupon sites, but Discount Art Supplies notes that codes change often, so check the store directly.

ArtZ® Daydreamer Sculpture

The Daydreamer is a good example of the mid-priced sculptures that make up much of the range, listed at $199 on its product page. It sits among a run of ArtZ figure sculptures in the low hundreds, alongside sets such as the Apple of My Eye and Love at First Trot pieces.

We found no buyer reviews of this exact piece. Feedback on the store's sculptures in general is mostly positive: RatingFacts reviewers describe pieces that became a focal point at home and drew compliments, per its review page. Others, quoted by Discount Art Supplies, felt some items were cheap for the price, so look closely at photos and dimensions before buying.

Is ArtZMiami legit?

The signals point to a real business, with some transparency gaps:

• ScamAdviser rates the site very likely safe, citing money-back-friendly payment methods, positive reviews, a valid SSL certificate and an old website, but notes that the owner hides their identity on WHOIS and that the site uses an internal review system, per its check.
• Scam Detector gives a medium 53.6 out of 100, labeled questionable, from an automated model, while finding no blacklisting and valid HTTPS, per its validator page.
• RatingFacts shows an average of 4.6 from 68 published reviews, per its review page.

Taken together, we see no evidence of a scam. The weaker points are the hidden owner identity and reliance on on-site reviews, which make it harder to judge the business independently. Paying with a card or PayPal gives you a dispute route if something goes wrong.

What buyers like

RatingFacts' summary of its reviews highlights product quality, careful packaging, quick delivery and strong communication, with many repeat purchases. Discount Art Supplies agrees that customer service comes up again and again in positive reviews, with some buyers naming a staff member who went out of their way to help, and that the uniqueness of the range draws real praise.

Several buyers on RatingFacts also mention that when a piece arrived damaged, the company replaced it quickly, which matters for fragile decor.

What buyers complain about

The complaints are fewer but consistent:

• Shipping from China. Discount Art Supplies says several reviewers found their orders came from China, which sits awkwardly with the Miami image.
• Long delivery. Some customers report waiting over 30 days for an order, according to the same review.
• Damage and fragility. RatingFacts lists fragile items and damaged shipments among common concerns.
• Price versus quality. Some reviewers feel items are cheap for what they cost, and RatingFacts lists expensive pricing as a concern.
• Cancelled orders. One Tenere Team reviewer says an order still had not shipped after two weeks and was cancelled when they asked for an update.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping. ArtZMiami does not state its shipping origin on the homepage we checked. Based on buyer reports, assume an order may ship from overseas and allow at least a month before any date that matters, such as a gift or event.

Returns. Two coupon sites list a 30-day return policy, including Dealki, which also says refunds go back to the original payment method. Because these pages are partly templated, confirm the return window, who pays return shipping and whether large or custom pieces are excluded on ArtZMiami's own policy page before ordering.

Warranty. Dealki's store summary marks warranty as not offered, and we found no warranty terms on the store pages we checked. For fragile pieces, the practical protection is to inspect the order on arrival and report damage immediately with photos.

Pros and cons

Pros

• Distinctive, playful statement pieces you will not find in big-box stores
• Wide range across sculpture, wall art, lighting, furniture and bath
• Mostly positive published reviews on product quality and service
• Damaged items reportedly replaced quickly
• Buyer-protected payment options, including PayPal and major cards

Cons

• Some products ship from China despite the Miami branding
• Delivery can take over a month
• Fragile pieces and occasional damaged shipments
• Some buyers find prices high for the quality
• Owner identity hidden and reviews mostly on-site
• No warranty or confirmed return terms on the pages we checked

Who ArtZMiami is for, and who should skip it

ArtZMiami suits you if you:

• want a bold, conversation-starting piece for your home or as a gift
• are happy to wait several weeks for delivery
• will pay with a card or PayPal and inspect the piece on arrival

You may want to skip it if you:

• need a piece by a specific date
• want art supplies rather than finished decor
• expect gallery-grade craftsmanship at mid-range prices
• want clear warranty terms before buying

Bottom line

ArtZMiami is a real store with a genuinely distinctive range, and most published buyers are happy with what they receive and how they are treated. Its weak points are delivery times, packaging, overseas shipping behind a Miami brand and limited transparency about ownership and policies. Buy from it for a statement piece you love, with time to spare, and keep your payment protection in place until the piece arrives in one piece.

Our ratings

Overall: 3.5/5, because ArtZMiami sells a distinctive decor range with mostly positive published reviews on RatingFacts, but buyers report long deliveries, overseas shipping, fragile items and prices that feel high.

ArtZ® Daydreamer Sculpture: 3.5/5, a score that reflects buyers' views of ArtZMiami's sculptures overall since this piece has no reviews of its own, because RatingFacts buyers speak well of the store's sculptures on its review page, though we found no reviews of this exact piece and some buyers feel items are cheap for the price.

FAQ

Is ArtZMiami a legitimate company?

Yes, the evidence points to a real retailer. ScamAdviser rates it very likely safe and most published reviews are positive, though the owner's identity is hidden and an automated checker gives a medium score. Pay with a card or PayPal for protection.

Is ArtZMiami actually an art supplies shop?

No. It sells finished decor and art pieces, such as sculptures, wall art, lighting and furniture, not materials for making art. Think of it as a gift and home decor store for art lovers.

Where does ArtZMiami ship its products from?

The store does not say on its homepage. Some buyers report items shipped from China despite the Miami branding, so allow plenty of time for delivery.

What is the ArtZMiami return policy?

Third-party store summaries list a 30-day return window, with refunds to the original payment method, per Dealki. Confirm the exact terms, including return shipping costs, on ArtZMiami's own policy page before ordering.

Does ArtZMiami offer a warranty?

We found no warranty terms on the store pages we checked, and one store summary lists warranty as not offered. Inspect your order on arrival and report any damage straight away.

Is ArtZMiami pricing reasonable?

It depends on the piece. Smaller sculptures and storage items sit in the low hundreds, while large stainless steel works cost thousands. Some reviewers feel quality does not always match the price, so read recent reviews of the specific item first.

What kinds of products does ArtZMiami sell?

Stainless steel art, moss and graffiti art, sculptures, wall panels and wall art, lighting, furniture, bath and faucet fittings, kitchen and bar decor, storage and seasonal pieces.
