About us

Who we are, what we do and how Simple Life Reviews is funded.

What we do

Simple Life Reviews helps you decide whether a brand or product is worth your money, without reading twenty reviews first.

For every review we collect what is already public: independent tests published by other reviewers and magazines, expert write-ups, and what real owners report on forums, Reddit and review platforms. The review compares those sources, notes where they agree and where they don't, and sums it all up in one clear page with links to the sources, so you can check anything yourself.

Our reviews are researched and drafted with AI assistance from those publicly available tests and owner reports, then run through automated fact and source checks and an editorial pass before they are published.

What we don't do

We are an aggregator, not a testing lab. We do not test products hands-on, and our reviews never claim personal use. When a review mentions a measurement, a price or a test result, it comes from a linked source. If the sources disagree, we say so.

Our ratings

Our star ratings are an editorial judgement of the evidence we cite: how consistently testers and owners rate a product, how serious and how common the reported problems are, and how the product compares with alternatives at a similar price. You can read how we score in How we review.

How we are funded

Simple Life Reviews is free to read. We earn money through affiliate links: if you buy something after clicking a link on our site, the retailer or brand may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. Brands cannot pay for a review or for a better rating. Read the details in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake, please tell us at [email protected] or through our contact page. We read every correction request and fix errors we can confirm. Every review shows the date it was last updated.
