Nossa avaliação
Delicious juices and convenient cleanses, held back by high full prices, low fiber and no returns.

- Raw Generation Protein Method
- Raw Generation Skinny Method
Raw Generation sells cold-pressed juices, plant-based protein smoothies and multi-day juice cleanses that ship frozen to your door. This Raw Generation review looks at what the juices and cleanses cost, how they taste, what it is actually like to follow a cleanse, and the shipping and no-returns policy. In short: reviewers found the juices genuinely tasty and convenient, but cleanses are expensive, mostly liquid, and not a substitute for medical or nutrition advice.
This review covers taste, convenience and value only. It is not medical or nutrition advice. Juice cleanses are low in protein and fiber and are not suitable for everyone, including people who are pregnant, diabetic or have other health conditions. Talk to a doctor before starting one.
Our verdict in brief
Raw Generation suits people who struggle to eat enough fruit and vegetables and want convenient, good-tasting cold-pressed juice, or who want a short, structured cleanse without the shopping and blending. Skip it if you are on a tight budget, need balanced meals, or want a weight-loss solution; any quick change on a mostly liquid diet tends to be temporary.
How we researched this review
We read reviews from PureWow (cold-pressed juices and protein smoothies) and PopSugar (two-day protein cleanse), blog reviews of three-day cleanses from What Jew Wanna Eat, Mama Cheaps and Oakland County Moms, and customer reviews on Reviews.io, and checked Raw Generation's own site and policies. Most reviewers received products from Raw Generation, so we focus on taste, convenience and practical details rather than health claims. We did not try the products ourselves.
Raw Generation prices
| Product | Price |
|---|---|
| Raw Generation Celery Juice | $124.99 (Raw Generation) |
| Raw Generation Skinny Method | $134.99 (Raw Generation) |
| Raw Generation Protein Method | $124.99 (Raw Generation) |
| 18-pack of juices or protein smoothies | $110 on sale, normally $220 (PureWow) |
PureWow worked out the sale price at about $6 per 12-ounce bottle, against about $12 at full price, so buying during sales or in bigger packs makes a big difference. Mama Cheaps also found the price per bottle dropped on larger cases.
How the juices taste
Taste is where Raw Generation wins its fans. PureWow rated taste 19/20 and found every juice and protein smoothie surprisingly delicious and easy to drink. Because the juices are cold-pressed rather than blended, most of the fiber is removed and they have a thin, drinkable texture. The tradeoff is sugar: PureWow notes its carrot juice had more sugar than the beet, and juices without fiber are not a replacement for whole vegetables.
What a cleanse is like
The cleanses come with a simple schedule of bottles to drink through the day. PopSugar tried the Two-Day Protein Cleanse, at $100 when reviewed, made up of three juices and three plant-based smoothies a day, and was surprised it did not leave them hungry, partly because they drank something every two to three hours.
The three-day juice cleanse is harder. Mama Cheaps completed it but had a moment on day two where they were not sure they would finish. What Jew Wanna Eat slept well and was not very hungry, but felt a little light-headed. Oakland County Moms did not get very hungry either, but missed eating for pleasure, especially while cooking for family. Several reviewers mention dropping weight during a cleanse; Mama Cheaps rightly points out this is mostly water weight from a liquid diet, so do not treat it as lasting.
Customer reviews
Raw Generation's homepage shows 4.51 from 33,900+ reviews, and Reviews.io lists 4,598 reviews from customers, many praising fast frozen delivery and the taste. These are brand-collected ratings, so they skew positive.
Shipping, storage and returns
Everything ships frozen in insulated boxes. Raw Generation's homepage says most orders placed before 1:30PM EST ship the same day, delivery takes 1-2 days after shipment, and it ships Monday to Friday, sometimes holding late-week orders until the next week so they arrive frozen. Frozen bottles last up to six months; thaw them in the fridge for 24–48 hours and drink within 24 hours of thawing.
Because the products are perishable, the refund policy does not accept returns. Inspect your box immediately and contact Raw Generation right away if anything arrives damaged or thawed.
Pros and cons

- Juices and smoothies that reviewers found genuinely delicious
- Convenient, pre-planned cleanses with no shopping or blending
- Ships frozen and keeps for months in the freezer
- Plant-based protein smoothies help cleanses feel more filling
- Frequent sales cut the price per bottle sharply
Cons:
- Expensive at full price
- Juices remove most of the fiber
- Cleanses can leave you light-headed or missing food
- No returns on perishable products
- Any weight change on a liquid diet is mostly temporary
Who should try Raw Generation, and who should skip it
Raw Generation suits busy people who want an easy way to add fruit and vegetables to their day, and those curious about a short, supervised-feeling cleanse who prefer not to make juices themselves. The protein cleanse is the gentler option if you worry about hunger.
Skip it if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of disordered eating, need balanced meals, or are on a tight budget. A varied diet with whole fruit and vegetables gives you the fiber juices remove.
Alternatives
Making your own juice or smoothies at home is far cheaper and lets you keep the fiber. Our sources mostly review Raw Generation on its own rather than against named rivals, so compare local cold-pressed juice shops and grocery brands on price per bottle.
Our ratings
Overall: 3.5/5, because PureWow and PopSugar found the juices and smoothies delicious and the cleanses convenient, while the high full price, low fiber and no-returns policy hold the brand back.
Raw Generation Protein Method
Raw Generation Protein Method: 3.5/5, because PopSugar found the protein cleanse kept hunger at bay with plant-based smoothies, though it is pricey.

Raw Generation Skinny Method
Raw Generation Skinny Method: 3/5, because Oakland County Moms found it convenient and manageable, but a juice-only plan is hard for many people and low in protein.

FAQ
Will I be hungry on a Raw Generation cleanse?
It depends on the cleanse. The protein cleanse kept PopSugar's reviewer full thanks to smoothies every few hours, while juice-only cleanses left some reviewers missing food or feeling light-headed.
Is Raw Generation plant-based?
Yes. Its juices and protein smoothies are plant-based, according to reviewers.
Are the drinks cold-pressed?
Yes. The juices are cold-pressed rather than blended, which gives them a thin texture by removing most of the fiber, then flash-frozen.
Is a Raw Generation cleanse safe?
Our sources do not assess medical safety, and juice cleanses are low in protein and fiber. Check with a doctor first, especially if you have a health condition or are pregnant.
How much does Raw Generation cost?
Cleanses and juice packs run from $124.99 for the Protein Method to $134.99 for the Skinny Method on Raw Generation's site, and sales can halve the price per bottle.
Can I return Raw Generation products?
No. Because the products are perishable, Raw Generation does not accept returns, but you should contact it right away if your order arrives damaged.
